Before joining Armour Energy, Othuke was the Executive Director, Finance at OandJ Energy Limited, overseeing the Financial Management, Financial Growth, Accountability, Offshore Operations and the general activities of the company at large.

At TotalEnergies, Engr Ketiku demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing facilities construction, LNG planning, and implementing project controls for complex oil and gas initiatives.

Dr. Ayodele Oni
A distinguished legal expert with extensive experience in energy law, oil and gas transactions, and regulatory compliance. As a Partner in one of Nigeria’s leading law firms, he has provided innovative and commercially sound legal solutions across electricity, oil and gas projects, acquisitions, restructuring, and financing transactions.
Dr. Oni has played pivotal roles in the negotiation of major oil and gas transactions, including Shell and Chevron divestment deals, and has advised on numerous marginal fields transactions, including the 2020 Marginal Fields Bid Round. He has also contributed significantly to transformative policy changes in Nigeria’s energy sector, including developing template documents, rules, and regulations for the natural gas and electricity industries.

Hon. Dr. Sola Ogunsina FCA FCTI CFA
Dr. Ogunsina, a licensed tax practitioner, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants and a certified management consultant.
He has had over three decades of robust career experiences acquired in various organisational sectors among which include; PWC & Associates, British- American insurance company, Olusola Adekanola & Co (Chartered Accountants ), First Bank plc., May & Baker plc., MTN Nig. (Telecoms), Havilah Hydrocarbons Resources Management Ltd and the Ekiti State Government through his incursion into politics. He is also the Managing Partner, Sola Ogunsina & Co. a firm of Tax & Management Consultants and the MD/CEO, Seamol-Edge Associates Ltd, a training and Financial Advisory company with their head office in Lagos, Nigeria and branches in Ekiti State.

Sope Ketiku
Sope Ketiku started his journey into IT in 2005 as a Network Systems Analyst with Tara Systems Ltd which was as an ISP provider to major corporate clients in Nigeria such as Haliburton, BBC and the Austrian Embassy.
He also co-founded a software development company after spotting a gap in the corporate eLearning market. The company developed a Learning Management System which served a financial bank with over 3000 users in different countries. His company established partnerships with international organisations, and had Polaris Bank, Diamond Bank, Transport and Port Management System and the Central Bank of Nigeria as clients. He also holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Salford, United Kingdom and is a software developer.
